Paying close attention, he noticed a stark contrast in the way the grass-fed steak cooked, and, more importantly, tasted. Like many entrepreneurs, Todd had an epiphany. This was a quality product. Access to something this good should be the norm, not the exception. Grass-fed beef should be on everyones plates. Todd began traveling the U.S. He researched like-minded farmers and ranchers in the grass-fed movement. He purchased cattle and chickens from an Amish farm in Pennsylvania, and in 2007, Greensbury was born. Today, Greensbury is a leading driver of the contemporary grass-fed movement.
